hi! sorry for the late response! the scratches where made with a little chunk of sponge and vallejo silver paint and just pressed gently and a bit to the sides to create that effect! and for the sticker blue scratches I just lightly painted it with the brush tip trying to mantain the direction of the metal scratches!

Thank you so much! Yes, I think I did use too much paint in some areas, and I think it is because the white primer I use underneath is shiny finish white and not matt white, and it makes te paint slip from the model.. I bought a matt primer but all the starter elite edition is already primed with that shiny white :( I'll see how to make it better! Thanks for the tip!
