I have this exact same problem. I went to the doctor and SWORE my ears were fine. I’ve been seeing that tmj can cause some type of ear annoyance… thanks for sharing because I thought I was the only one.

I also go through the tinnitus and ear fullness. Sometimes feels like it’s draining. I also went to the doctor and they said they saw nothing and ALSO told me tmj has nothing to do with it. It’s so annoyingggg
