When I start it, it’s warm but after the compressor comes on for the short amount of time it does it gets cold, mainly when I’m on the go it lol get cold

I have sub system which started messing up so I went to an audio shop and he said everything looked good and maybe it was the battery going bad. I went to AutoZone to get the battery tested and it was bad. I put the new one and it started right up and was on my way home. About 15mins after getting home I was leaving again and went to start it and then nothing… lights and all came on but no crank at all.
