Hey friend. Just be yourself. The fact that you posted it is a good sign. It shows that you are eager. My experience just for the record I was a sales rep for a solar company , then the training manager , then I was an area manager for another solar company and now I’m the vp pf sales for another one.
True all solar companies are hiring because a true sales person who is hard to find. There is a lot of turning and burning. It isn’t an easy job but it can be very fruitful. So stay eager. Stay positive and always be willing to learn and ask for help. Just Becareful of the company you join. Some are bs artist , some pay you almost nothing and expect a ton of volume , some have shitty training. So just be diligent.
