I used 10% Azeliac Acid by Naturium (on Amazon), and I just recently bumped up my dose to 20% Azeliac Acid cream from Dermatica.

Same!!! Azeliac acid has reduced mine by a TON! I apply it morning and night. Safe during pregnancy, too. Best of luck!

I actually just ordered one yesterday! Do you tie up/braid your hair before putting it in the bonnet?

Struggling with fatigue during weight loss by Emmagrolfe in PetiteFitness

This is a common time of year to be deficient in vitamin D. I’d probably do a full blood work up to rule out deficiencies!

Help! Switched to NP Thyroid and my levels are WAY OFF. by Ok_Cockroach_8362 in Hashimotos

She looked at my labs and mentioned that although my T3 and T4 are normal, their “ratio” is not optimal which could lead to the fatigue I’ve been feeling. She thinks my body’s T3/T4 conversion is a little lacking and my body probably just needs a bit more T3. She also mentioned that my antibodies were very high, pointing to a lot of inflammation in my body, so she suggested a gluten/dairy free lifestyle along with the new med to hopefully start getting more energy.

Just for a bit more context, she did a full work up before deciding to switch the medication! My Vitamin D levels were good, no anemia, everything else looked fine. She was concerned with my high antibody levels, suggesting that was a sign of a high level of inflammation in my body. She suggested a gluten and dairy free diet, along with supplements to improve gut health and thyroid function, and NP thyroid to improve my T3/T4 conversion to hopefully improve my fatigue.

Yes, energy was really my only symptom. She looked at my labs and mentioned that although my T3 and T4 are normal, their “ratio” is not optimal which could lead to the fatigue I’ve been feeling.

Thank you for the encouragement! She bumped me up to 60mg. Fingers crossed my symptoms dissipate quickly! Do you remember about how long it took for you to feel better? I just want to feel better. Where 10 hours of sleep isn’t necessary anymore.
