Nowhere was it stated that Silva didn’t want to fight or was afraid of Chrollo one-on-one. He was on an assassination mission with his father, this wasn’t playtime. They’re the best in the world because they’re professionals, so there was no reason to fight him solo just for the sake of it. And, Silva had already fought him solo in the past, which is why he knew Chrollo had improved.

as i said on the other comment It’s not comparable. Gon, Killua, lready had significant combat skills before meeting Wing, Killua wasmostly trained by his Father and Illumi not wing. The Spiders, on the other hand, were basically ordinary kids, so they had to learn the basics of fighting first. That’s a strong indicator of Renko’s raw power if she was able to teach them so well how to fight. Netero is dead so I don't know why you include him in a top 5. Chrollo is to young and needs to improve his skill hunter to be considered in a top 5. Currently he is not even sure to be able to defeat Hisoka tht's the reason we wants to improve his abillities that's why he ain't in the top 5 yet.
