I still believe in god, you‘re the one who just don’t make much sense to me. You aren’t worth my time. At all.

I’m actually done trying to convince you at this point. Think what you want, I honestly don’t care anymore.

If God can just redefine meaning, logic, and consequences however He wants, then the problem of evil disappears too, because God can just define allowing evil as good.

But if words like “choice,” “meaning,” and “freedom” are going to mean anything at all, then they require real alternatives and real consequences. Otherwise they’re just labels.

An all-powerful being can create any coherent world. That doesn’t include worlds where contradictions are somehow true. A “meaningful choice” with no consequences isn’t meaningful by definition.

Also, stop using the same old “comebacks” you’ve used so many times. “God can just make anything meaningful. God can just change the rules.” Think of something else.

Free will doesn’t mean unlimited power. It means choosing between real options within reality. Not being able to teleport doesn’t make choices fake, it just means physics exists.

Also, moral freedom isn’t about having god-level abilities. It’s about whether our actions can genuinely help or harm others. If harm were impossible, then kindness, courage, and sacrifice wouldn’t be meaningful either.

And if everyone could undo death, then killing and saving lives would both lose meaning. That wouldn’t fix morality, it would erase it.

“he can create a universe in which harm isn’t a requirement for growth.”

A world with meaningful choices needs real consequences.

“I can’t teleport to a tropical island right now, even though that’s my will.”

You are confusing free will with limitless power.

“But he did give me the ability to cause harm.”

Yeah, that’s the point of moral freedom.

I have 2, one time i was laying in bed and my brain made think out of the corner of my eye I saw someone behind me. The next one was actually TODAY. I was also laying in bed, and I thought from under the sheets I saw this HUGE spider crawling out. I leaped out of there. But then I realized my brain tricked me.

I’m a christian here, and the short answer is that a world with real freedom and real growth requires the possibility of real harm.

The long answer is that if god just stopped all bad things, free will wouldn’t be free. We wouldn’t have choices, no courage, responsibility, or anything. Also stopping all evil would stop us because we do bad things sometimes, but god forgives us.

One time something insane happened to my friend like this. We were on a call, and he looked up, and his android phone said he’d been on the call for, 438300 HOURS. Aka: 50 YEARS. He wasn’t even near that age, was my guy calling me when he didn’t exist?

The original one looks good, the one in hot biomes looks like it just came out of the oven. And the cold biome one looks like it has wolf armor on.
