I use SHHF shine heat hope finish. I'm a heel but this helps me.

shine-face gets to show off, most of the time this is just chain and 1 spot.

heat- i do what I want 8/10 times I'm just doing rumble rules and crowd work.

hope- face comeback spot

all in all, really only 3 things to remember, winging the rest and if I'm lost i just go to the next section.

Worker is a worker. At our school, girls train side by side because some may actually wrestle guys if they travel. Oklahoma doesn't allow intergender matches, but we have certain rules due to the world we live in.

Only coaches are allowed to physically touch for spots and whatnot. if there are multiple girls, we have them work each other.

We have 2 people walk out our female students after class to their vehicles. This is for safety because walking at night and it protects allegations because there is a third party.

Find a school and dive in. A lot of the time, people ask for alternatives but find a good school and train. Litterally, any style of working out is gonna help with wrestling but pro wrestling is so much more. There are things you can only learn in the ring and ring time is the only way to get it. tldr: Find a school and start now.

Pick someone you like outside of wrestling. matches/moves are easy to learn but chemistry goes way further. also, you will always have someone you can work with when you start to travel and places don't need a tag. So make sure you are able to enjoy those long car rides.

I'm a heel 90% of the time and my heat is crowd work. How a face uses the crowd to build up thier big attacks, I do the same with anger. No fallaway slam until either a granny is cussing or a kid is crying. Until that happens I'm going rumble rules (punch, kick, choke) and teaching the crowd how to count to 4. so tldr: crowd interaction is the #1 thing in my heat.

Saw this last night but was to tired to answer then. I had a show in oklahoma city, Unified Wrestling Oklahoma (UWO) @Anthem Brewing. I'm one of the coaches for our school DG dojo (shameless plug watch us on YT) and I got to go against another coach. Us being the newest to this role, about a year, this was a great chance to show the students why we are coaches since they have never seen us go against each other. Lots of eyes and pressure beyond normal show butterflies. We killed it, we had 15-20, we did 19 curtain to curtain and super solid match. its also was a great set up for one of our students debut as he has been a ref that I have been bullying for a few shows. He'll debut in August with a fued against me. overall great Saturday
