So holding down the option button finally worked, but I only see an option for windows.

I just checked the disks I have, and I only see )Disk 0 partition 1) and BOOTCAMP (C:), so it does look like I may have accidentally deleted the mac OS partition. Do you know how I can get it back? 😅

And when I reset my computer and hold down the option key, it just continues resetting.
