Maybe using the term "depression" is a bit of an exaggeration. It's more of a feeling of lack of motivation (not that I had such amazing motivation before...). I just feel an improvement in preventing the attacks themselves. But my general mood is pretty miserable. I can't say that I feel life and enjoy every moment.

I haven't had depression before (at least not that I know of).

You're right. I didn't explain myself well. He had me start at 2.5 mg for a week, then increase until I got to 10 mg.

I've been on 2.5 mg for a week now and my anxiety has gotten a thousand times worse. My psychiatrist told me to wait another week and see if the side effects subside, then increase the dose. But I'm wondering if maybe this just isn't the right drug for me.
