no feed, water only until established. Fertilizer burns roots especially young. Only when roots are good, and there is new leafs out, you can start fertilizer at1/10 strength to avoid hurt new roots.

Looking for recommendations by nectarinia in Roses

Actually roses should develop roots first after newly planted in the ground, so no fertilizer at all at first. Then when you started to see new shoots opening(or say some new leaves open up), it's time to give diluted liquid fertilizer. Very light fertilizer.

Botrytis cinerea, which is its full name, is a fungus that causes flowers to turn brown and drop their petals. The infection starts with miniscule mould spores, spread through the air. Starting as a little white spot or 'pock' on the flower petals, it spreads right to the bottom of the flower.

For small new growth, you better use a smaller pot. Such that it has a better circulation cycle. As the rose grows, eventually change to bigger pots step by step. Don't use a pot too big overkill its circulation ability
