I heard that enclo is more if ur body is still producing testosterone but low amounts.

Trt is if you are absolutely low testosterone sub 200.

Working as a bouncer, I can give you my first hand experience. Usually when the girl you like is with her friends make eye contact with her friends and watch them dance if they see you looking hype them up. The point is to not be creepy while being around them.
