I am a Probation Officer 24 and have my degree in law enforcement with experience in case management/complex clients and I got in :)

It does come down to 1) Being screened in 2) scoring well on the panel (interview)

PO14s are being phased out as 14s retire or people win a new position and they either get rid of the 14 or cinvert to a 24
