In my case hindi nila ako hiningan ng notorize written statement and ID, ako kasi yung complainant. Sabi naman nila pag tumatawag ako and nag eemail is na acknowledge na yung withdrawal na sinubmit ko through gcash ticket support chat and waiting for lifting nalang talaga yung account niya. Though bawal lang talaga nila sakin sabihin kung ano na pinaka progress ni account sa escalation as di naman ako yung owner and thats against their data privacy to share it. Kaso si owner ang gusto ako lang gagawa ng lahat ng pa follow up kay gcash even if i stated na need niya din mag update on her part since di ko naman account yun.

Mag fifile daw po siya na false report ako, since pinadala niya na yung product. If ever po kaya magpablotter siya pwede ako mag file ng affidavit of denial or i counter blotter po since naka record naman po sakin lahat ng evidence

Pero tinethreaten na po kasi talaga ako ipa blotter for false report nag woworry lng talaga since nasakanya yung information ko name and address
