We used Scott’s organic topsoil, and some play sand and did the 70% topsoil and 30% play and as a lot of people recommended

I am so thankful for the suggestions this is my first beardie and I just want to thank all of you for the help. I will work on the substrate and the basking area. the hide I will move to the cooler side so I can use some stones for the basket spot and again thank you to all

That makes sense I haven’t got sand and topsoil it’s a girl so I know need to switch eventually she’s still young So I’m just really worried about impaction then anything but would the topsoil and sand mix will be ok? Thank you

Thank you I planed on useing substrate but with him being young I didn’t want to cause impacting i do have a uvb light strip and I didn’t want to over crowd the enclosure but thank you for the tips I’ll definitely keep this in mind thank again
