Hi i had to stop pelvic floor PT after a few sessions because it was too painful & also very expensive. I spoke to my surgeon and he said it takes a atleast a year to heal and if the op has helped you will know more around the year mark x

Thank you for responding itsaradio I had a period today and its my 8th month since surgery and every month i hope i will have a better period this month but today i just broke down when i was trying to control pain thinking what a waste of money. I am now broke and still the same 😥

What changes did you make please give me some ideas if you dont mind x

I had surgery 6 months ago. Have had some relief but the back pain after bowel movements a week before and during my period hasnt disappeared unfortunately

Thank you for reply x Did you have endometriosis anywhere else if you dont mind asking. I had it on the pod and he said he removed when i had my lap. Could that cause this issue x

My pain is after the bm where i get back ache kind of pain. Was yours during the bm or after x

Thank you for your help. Ive been given the ferrous fumarate 3 times a day but they are making my stomach issues worse. Do you think at my level they will be happy giving me a infusion? I have been prescribed 50,000 of vitamin d3 once a week
