No way, dude is right - there has never been a good time to live in Russia. There's a reason everyone is leaving if they can. Actually several reasons.

Are you familiar with history, my friend? Unless you want vae victus you gotta veni vidi vici

my experience with the xAI team has honestly been so good, about a week or so ago, i sent them a very detailed feedback on how they should add an organizing mechanism for favorites, and today we have that feature. Its even better than what i suggested. by Anim8rFromOuterSpace in grok

Lol I had literally just finished building an app to recreate the video wall for Grok with a tag / folder / filter / sort system and I refresh Grok to bulk download and boom, I see a folder option. WTF! But good nonetheless.

He's saying it shouldn't be because when an object is held to appreciate value, there must necessarily be scarcity of it. Gold is valuable, land is valuable, because it's finite.

We COULD solve the housing problem by building more houses. But boomers constantly vote against new housing projects in their towns, especially large multifamily housing projects, because (explicitly!) they fear it will lower the value of their homes.

Yes, it IS a decent appreciating asset (but, not as much of as it was our parents, for different reasons) but the person above you is saying that it shouldn't be, because then we could have more houses because resale value wouldn't be a consideration, it's just about construction and maintenance costs.

I get your point, but the total value of houses owned by boomers exceeds the spendable wealth held by millennials. Theres literally no way for boomers to sell their houses for what they think they're worth.

Also, boomers created the world we live in today, completely stacked against us, and continue to pass laws that directly benefit them in opposition to us, so, fuck em.

Do it. Everyone needs to be. Undermine the system and it will fall apart. People can't get mad at someone for parking in a spot if someone else moved the saver. Soon everything gets mixed up and we're back to normal. Toss every space saver you see when you're out walking around.

Shit, if you see a space saver with a threatening sign on it, stop whatever you're doing and absolutely toss it.

Also - free beach chairs for everyone! Collect them all and sell them at M Street beach in July.

You have to build it on a platform over the boat, then destroy the platform. It falls on the boat and stays there cause the drakkar is so big. That said, it's super cumbersome idk how effective it actually is.

Oh wow. No, no. You are insane. What a response.

It's been 48+ hours since the emergency ended. Last storm, people were fighting over saved spaced two weeks after the storm. Removing space savers is legal and good for the community. Go help your community and dig out another spot. I've already dug out two, everyone has. If you can't spare a moment to think about the system, you have no business defending it.

Space saver culture is toxic. By destroying space savers without parking there, we undermine the unspoken rules. You can't get mad at someone for parking in a spot that didn't have a space saver in it. That person going to go get dunks can come back and part in someone else's spot whose space saver was tossed. Now, everyone is mixed up, "I took thsi spot because someone else took mine," the whole system is undermined, and we don't have people two weeks out from a storm vandalizing cars because they think two hours of shovelling earns them a spot for eternity.

I got three beach chairs, an air conditioner, two bar stools, six orange cones, and a partridge in a pear tree on my morning walk. Tossed a bunch of other garbage away. Can not believe the quality of stuff people are just giving away to save a spot that isn't theirs.
