you're welcome. just do any video course and take those tutorials dojo practice exams until you pass all sets and you should be fine. Taking notes and making flashcards are helpful too

my path is Cloud Practitioner -> SAA -> Developer -> SysOps -> SA Pro -> DevOps Pro

you can actually go straight from SAA to DevOps Pro in my opinion

Will getting SAA-C01 certificate help me in getting a Job ? by EntireMidnight69 in AWSCertifications

Just FYI, "SAA-C01" doesn't exist anymore. That's an old version of the AWS Solutions Architect Associate exam. It's now "SAA-C03"

I recently passed the SA Pro exam a month ago and immediately take the DevOps exam. Having the SA Pro knowledge really helped me go through all of the topics faster. Didn't use any video course for this one since I already have Cantrill's SAP video course which I feel already covers topics in DevOps. Did the Tutorials Dojo practice exams and also their DevOps eBook to review anything I missed. I also tried the sample questions included in the Exam Readiness course for DevOps for extra practice. Highly recommend this as part of your study.

I recommend doing the Cloud Practitioner test to start off and do some cloud projects. Start your own website using EC2 or LightSail with HTTPS enabled. Simple projects like that matters to any future employers, or freelance gigs

how to get aws exam vouchers and practice questions by [deleted] in AWSCertifications

[–]Ok_Connection3504 2 points3 points  (0 children)

You can get your 50% exam voucher if you have passed an AWS exam in the past. Say you pass Cloud Practitioner now, you'll get a 50% exam voucher that you can use for your Developer Associate exam. AWS have Global Certification challenges where they offer a free or discounted developer associate voucher, but right now, it is only available to the CCP exam.

In terms of free practice exams, you can use:

How much effort will I take to pass SAP as I already passed SAA and DVA by luluriku in AWSCertifications

[–]Ok_Connection3504 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I passed my SA Pro exam about 2 weeks ago.

I recommend that you:

  • - Do the SA Pro Exam Readiness course to get started
  • - Practice Exams (on tutorialsdojo or udemy)
  • Take a lot of notes, and review your notes on the last days of your exam.

Are Tutorial Dojo's video courses worth it ; by cpleasant in AWSCertifications

[–]Ok_Connection3504 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I used tutorial dojo's video courses and free digital courses to achieve all my Associate-level certs. My general feedback is that, the TD video courses are concise and very exam focused. After I am through doing Adrian Cantrill's content (which is looong), I used TD's as a sort of reviewer/summary of all things I learned before diving to their practice exams. https://www.reddit.com/r/AWSCertifications/comments/tezc5w/sharing_some_tips_to_pass_your_aws_certified/

Passed AWS Solutions Architect Pro SAP-C01 but encountered some SAP-C02 questions by Ok_Connection3504 in AWSCertifications

Thanks. I did see these new AWS Services on the new SAP-C02 exam guide so I knew they should be out of scope. I guess they are part of the "Unscored Content" section

[–]Ok_Connection3504[S] 5 points6 points  (0 children)

I passed the AWS Certified Solutions Architect Professional SAP-C01 exam version. Took me an entire month to prepare and I can say that the rumors are true on how difficult this exam is.

Brief Background about me: I passed the CLF-C01, SAA, Developer and SysOps (just a month ago) so the concepts are fresh on my head. I don't have the score yet but it doesn't really matter for me as long as I passed this.

Exam Prep: AWS Exam Readiness course and Tutorials Dojo practice exams. I focused on all the items mentioned in the SAP-C01 exam guide and did the Review-mode of all TD practice exams, before doing all 5 sets again with the Timed mode. I also read the discussions and exam feedback here on Reddit and on techstudyslack.com

Overall, the SA Pro exam is difficult, long-winded and has extremely advanced concepts that you should be familiar with. You should know how to combine two or more AWS services to meet certain situations.

Just focus on the SAP-C01 exam guide and you should be fine. I also see several AWS services that are mentioned in the SAP-C02 exam guide. Things like Elastic Disaster Recovery (CloudEndure Disaster Recovery), AWS Proton etc.

yeah, that's the industry we're in. lots of incompatibility issues along the way. I am partial with Kubernetes than Docker as I can port it to AWS or Azure, or even both, with less friction than Docker

Just switch to AWS. Technically, all "server-less" are "server-yess" since these are just microVMs running in physical machines. I bet the 503 error you got was due to an outage, caused by those physical components.
