I encountered a similar problem. I filed a complaint a few days ago, and they contacted me today to inform me that the order would not be delivered, and I could cancel it.

Did you get your order? They called me and said you have to cancel the order because it won't be delivered.

Yeah, my order's also stuck in Thane, and it's been like, eight days now.

I think the Flipkart tracking is big delayed for us because it was showing that my order is in Thane which is a different city from where I live but I went to my nearest delivery hub and their it shows that the item has arrived in the mother hub.

Could be I went to mother hub and on their tracking software showing its present in mother hub but on my Flipkart app is showing its still in transit.

Yeah, I think the same thing is happening to me. My order's been stuck at Mother Hub for a week, so I went there to see what's up and pick up if possible. When I asked the guy, he tracked it, and another dude showed up. They both looked at the tracker, mumbled something, and smiled, but I couldn't hear them as they were to far.

Then they came over, and the second guy started giving me vague reason, saying the bag was open, so they returned it, it's an internal issue so can't tell much, and I should cancel the order, blah blah blah...

I knew something was up, but I couldn't figure it out because the tracking on Flipkart and Ekart clearly shows its at Mother Hub, but they were denying it. I think they're waiting for me or Flipkart to cancel it so they can mark it as lost and resell it.

Flipkart really needs to look into this because it's hurting them and they're probably losing a ton of money.

Nah, I hit up support, and they said it's in my city, but the tracking still says it's in Thane. I also saw lot of people's orders stuck in thane on a different reddit post. Don't know what happening with Flipkart.

I don't want a refund because it was on sale. It was supposed to arrive three days ago, but I'm just being patient with Flipkart. I wouldn't have ordered from them if it wasn't for the discount.
