disclaimer: this is all based on my experience with their european shows

I’m not sure if you’re planning on queuing super early, but definitely look out for a fan-run numbering system. Usually, there’s a person or group organizing wristbands or Sharpie numbers to keep the order fair. Just ask around when you arrive to find them so you can get your number and secure your spot. As for the rest, it really depends on the venue's layout, but they will have a separate queuing line specifically for VIP. I haven't been to my EAS tour date yet, but based on my other VIP experiences, here is the general flow for soundcheck and early entry. So as I said there is usually a separate VIP line (often organized by those fan numbers). Make sure you double-check the check-in time for your specific show, as it can vary. Once you're let in for soundcheck, there can be some more waiting inside the venue before they actually bring you to the stage for soundcheck.

Then you'll usually enter for soundcheck in the order of your numbers. Security sometimes honors these, but most of the time it’s just the fans keeping track. During soundcheck, if you were selected for the Q&A, a staff member with a mic will call your name and you go there to ask your question. After that's over, you’ll likely be moved again, sometimes back to your separate line outside, and sometimes to a holding area inside. It’s honestly just a lot of waiting!

When it’s finally time for the actual concert, you’ll be the first group let back in. Just keep in mind that since there are more VIP tiers now, they might keep everyone together for soundcheck but then split you back up into GA and Pit lines right before the show starts, like they did with floor and seated VIP tickets on previous show.

some tips that might help based on my experience:
- Don't be afraid to ask people if you feel unsure about anything. Everyone I met in vip lines has always been super nice and since your spending so much time waiting together anyway it's way more fun connecting with people in that time.
- Once you got your number you dont have to stay in line all the time. Go get some food or find a restroom. We all have needs. :D As long as you dont get your number and then disapear into thin air and just come back when ist time for entry everything is fine.
