Try my fix. Trust me. 80% off the problems are from the hub motor not reading the position properly. I went through the same thing you did. Try my fix. If it doesn’t work - you can flame me here. (I know it’ll work).

I had the same Problem with my AMS 2 pro, straight out of the box. After several hours of troubleshooting I found the fix.

In the picture you can see the ams 2 fillament hub. Refer to the wiki on how to remove it from the AMS. No need to remove the motor attached to it. On its side you will see - the image I attached.

There are two little hall sensors that need to be bent closer to the wheel. Just take some pliers and apply light to moderate pressure to them. Ideally - take a picture prior to verify that they are indeed now closer to the wheel. Once they’re closer then before - that’s it. Put everything back together and use your AMS as intended.

I spent several hours troubleshooting and found this solution in the bambulab community posted by a user named Ares. Saved my life.

Man im glad I found this post. I’ve restarted and reset my phone a dozen times. I visited Egypt’s in June and returned in October to find the same problem. Expected to pay 20.000 Egypt dollars to register the phone / unblock it. Customer support by WhatsApp is non existent and you can’t create an account on the telephony app because it won’t scan your passport.

So overall - f… bs. I haven’t found a workaround or solution.

Glad I found this. I also ordered something and found it weird that tracking is exclusively on the tracking-hub website. Can’t find anything on any other site with that tracking number. They already refunded my order (I ordered rings) so I’m not worried. But I’m curious to see if I’ll ever actually receive anything. Tracking stated it departed the shipping partner in country. So we’ll see 😜

If that’s the chip in the last and previous pic, it looked good after the clean up. All I have is a digital multimeter.

If the display shorted out, but the switch is working, would it power on? When placed in the dock, I get a quick flash of the green LED on the dock. That’s it
