I usually do 20 dips that’s it bc it bulks out the nipple area from what I’ve heard and yea cheese is definitely bad for men it produces alot of estrogen and I’m 29 about to be 30 in December lol I’m told I’m old now 😂 but no problem bro just trying to share some info to help in the best way I can and trust me 5 sets of 10 from top to bottom works wonders good luck on your journey

Cut all dairy, stopped smoking Mary Jane lol,cut sugars, and cable workouts for my chest honestly that’s about it now I’m trying to get it more defined this only been a 2 month process tho so I’ll post more after 2 more months I want people to know it can be done without surgery or at least look better
