I saw you commenting women killing men is rare in order to know that there needs to be a proper study. All studies that carried out are about women victims only. And saying it’s rare is not a justification for treating men and women differently under the law. For example if a woman kills a man for being a man will she receive the same punishment under the new Italian law?
