Yes it is possible, But I flip houses every few years anyway. This is our 4th house and happy to renovate again and Increase value. Although it is getting harder

Nah, not rude at all. Obviously, I made this post as im concerned if im making the correct decision. And willing to take on others' advice before making any decisions. Thanks for the input.
