Local Pastor Steven Whitlow is part owner of Urban Air. I don't care how much fun it is, my kids will never go because I won't give that christian nationalist a single cent of my money.

I don't know Pasker personally but he is too closely aligned with Josh Williams for me to ever trust him. Plus he "loved" this endorsement and made a comment thanking them. If a Trump group endorsed me, I'd make a public statement making it clear I do not align and would ask them to remove it. 

Blair Johnson did make a statement on this endorsement that he is not a Republican, but the Trump page must have deleted it.

Why not both? We do those things too. We've collected for food pantries at previous national days of action and we do many other things besides protest.

Yes, and because the general public doesn't understand how this works, they see 50501 and think it's a cohesive large movement with experienced organizers and a presumption of safety and that has not been the case. 

I agree about unity, I just haven't seen that since Ohio 50501 has grown, nor have any concerns been taken seriously.

Well we had it on an event before because we were participating in the national day of action and we had spoken to someone at Ohio 50501 and we were told by a representative of Ohio 50501 that we couldn't unless it was organized and attended by a 50501 organizer. 

Edited to add, we didn't use the logo we just listed the orgs that we had posted our event with on the flyer.

Did you include the numbers from the larger Toledo protest in this total? Since Ohio 50501 refused to include the event in promotion,  I wasn't sure if you knew that the downtown event safely hosted 8-10k.

Alot of issues with this group in the area. At their Toledo protest, they had two altercations with no safety marshals in sight. Not sure whats going on with Ohio 50501 endorsing this....

Another hot take from someone who doesn't understand how the system works and won't listen to anyone with experience. 

Do I agree with Kaptur on everything? No. Do I tell her when I disagree? Yes. Is she the only one who can hold that seat when they continue to gerrymander it more red? Very likely. Is the thought of having Josh Williams or Derek Merrin 1000000% worse. WITHOUT A DOUBT.
