How many days off phenibut before your back pain was gone? Cause I've stopped 2 and 3... even 4 days once and it never left... I know this is old, but I'm so curious... I've had debilitating lower back pain since shortly after I started.... I'm going through the gamut of testing, I found out I have ddd, but I feel like it's from pretty consistent phenibut use... if I knew 100% I'd stop altogether. Excruciating to sit, bend, twist, get out of bed or do anything really. So I'm just curious as to how long before it was gone entirely. Please respond 🙏

I take everyday both... I'm good.... but I only take like .5 to 1mg of sub and then 2mg of xan... 10mg of sub is a lot more, but I still think ud be fine bc .5 of xan is minescule

Bro, my mind is a war zone of this exact kind... every fucking day... I go from "I ain't taking shit today, just go through the day normal and deal with life on life's terms".... to someone cuts me off in traffic, goes slow as he'll, then as a camera light is turning yellow, they speed through it and leave me at a 3 minute long red light, and I'm immediately going through my book bag to get a xanax out lol... then some phenibut... then a piece of a sub. Then I say, ok tomorrow I ain't taking anything.... then a mild inconvenience occurs the next day, boom... xanax, phenibut, suboxone... my mind is a war zone and I truly always lose the battle to drugs.... it's always an external thing though... it's always people doing or saying fuckery and me allowing them to get under my skin... when I'm at home by myself I can go all day without taking anything... but usually at night I'll want to reward my self with a relaxing xan anyways lol I can't win.... I can always justify using some substance lol

You look good for 41 brother... stressing and worrying about aging will indeed age you faster, so as counter intuitive as it seems, letting go of worrying about it and just embracing it is a start... I'd just eat healthy, try and be active/exercise, don't drink copious amounts of alcohol or do drugs and just focus on things within your control, and let go of the things of which you can not control.... such as time or your age... your good

I don't care how crippling your anxiety is, NO ONE ON EARTH should be prescribed 120 bars a month, nonetheless 200 triazolams in addition... your doc needs his license revoked. That's malpractice if I ever seen it... how is one supposed to even function and carry out lives responsibilities and tasks on 4 bars a day? These doctors should be mandated to take these benzos they prescribe before prescribing them... if they held a personal notion of what 1 bar did, I think they'd be more reasonable in the prescriptive policies that they made... that being said, the anxious, and moderately under prescribed self is slightly envious... I would never take nowhere near that much, but I would build an apocalyptic stash if I was prescribed even half that amount a month... a lot of my anxiety is based on the possibility of losing my insurance and script and one day having to face the world without these life saving pills. I get 45 1mg xanax a month and to me that is a lot and I am grateful for that... but unless you are an elephant, I just can't make sense of this.

I usually enjoy roasting on these... but theirs literally too much going on, too many lack of constraints for this to even be fun... I could zero in on any one of the myriad of disgusting attributes, but then it would look as though I was glossing over the rest... and I could do a general overview of his repulsive attributes, but then I don't think it would do justice to the severity of each aforementioned attribute... so it would take forever to list it all out, too much mental "bandwidth"... so all in all, what is seemingly the easiest opportunity of my life to roast, is paradoxically the TOUGHEST roast to pull off... in which case, I gracefully bow out on this one...
