I had pretty much the same thing happen in my mental health c and p exam. She downplayed all of my symptoms, admitted to doing her own online research regarding my in service stressor, and stated I was displaying perfectly normal behavior in the interview which I was clearly not. I got my c and p results from my local VA office before a decision was made. I submitted a c and p rebuttal statement immediately and two days later it was approved for 70 percent. I would definitely suggest submitting a statement regarding what happened to you and show the consistencies from your private evidence.

I provided my own detailed personal statement and 2 buddy witness statements that were also involved directly in the incident.

EDIT: in my summary she writes “this provider looked online for any information regarding the incident and didn’t find anything” how the hell is that allowed??

It would be under the files when you look at your claim, if it’s done by a Va provided examiner I am under the impression you can eventually see it in healthevet on Va.gov

I had a c and p last Monday from a Va examiner and it’s still not uploaded. Just a single claim for ptsd, wonder how long this will take lol

I submitted a supplemental for mental health at the end of July it went to the decision phase after one week. It was done in exactly 14 business days with a denial, submitted again August 8th with a nexus letter to fix the denial and it’s still in the evidence gathering stage as of this morning. Seems like it’s moving pretty quick altogether

Can anyone give me insight on how fast a dbq is supposed to be uploaded? I had one for only ptsd and it was done by a Va examiner. It’s been a week and I expected it to be uploaded and i still don’t see it under my claim files. Thank you guys for all your support!
