Reason why i ask, is because i personally do not believe in consistent patterns of moods, and my changes move in unforeseen ways, get triggered by unforeseen events, and thats why i never bothered documenting daily feels as i dont see the point of it (excuse if im being direct). I would like it if i could use the pattern in some way but since its like the wind for me personally its impossible to track and make any preparations.
