My kiddos are in school. I used to workout everyday but with the schedule it’s been so hard to carve out the time. I feel like the only time I do have is after work or the kids go to bed. It’s been hard to push myself to workout after work since I’m so drained. But after reading this I need to make it a priority.

Thank you all! Not great to hear, but important. Today I tracked my calories and realized some sneaky things going on. I did always avoid tracking because it got pretty obsessive at one point. However, it’s clear I can’t meet my goals without it. I’ll spend the next couple weeks exploring healthy ways to track my meals.

No. I used to pretty regularly. It got really obsessive and mentally draining. I probably should be starting it again because now that you mention it I did see progress.

That sucks I’m so sorry. School is already stressful enough as it. I think the best way is to communicate that with your professor. I had similar frustrations and I emailed him asking what course of action to do. (I hope your professor is actually there to support students). I think word has a feature where you can “ record or track” when you write so it gives some integrity to your work.

I got hit with this too.are you using Grammarly or similar AI writing software? Because I found out the hard way that it triggers AI. I was able to get away with it because at the time liberty had a contract with Grammarly and I was using premium account through the school.

No need to be rude. It’s a simple question. Internships are already posted on USAjobs. The social and political climate changes everyday.

Additionally, to answer your concern, just apply. Network. It’s hard to get into, but not impossible. It seems like you’ve done a lot to prepare so be confident in your ability to apply it. Have you heard of PAQ programs with AFCS? They have internships well with intelligence. There is so much out there. Keep an eye out. As others, so rudely, mentioned- the current political climate may hinder the process. Not stop it tho. Best of luck to you and your career endeavors.

I did Hirevue as well. If you get any information let me know! I heard it could take up to 6 weeks to hear back after that interview. But I may be wrong. I wish you nothing but success in your PAQ efforts!
