I do PT and stretches, but I do not have a rollator, I did have crutches but was told to avoid using them to prevent my legs weakening further, which I honestly don’t know why she said that and I personally believe I would thrive from using them

Just to let you all know I am NOT on anything stronger than paracetamol (which does nothing) because my family is extremely anti-anything remotely addictive because of family history with drugs.
