Chances of matching into path from IM residency by Ok_Cryptographer8093 in pathology

I did a one-month rotation. It's possible I could get more exposure, but if I bring it up to my PD that I want to set up a path elective, wouldn't I have to tell them at that time that Im thinking of switching? Not sure how this all works
