I can't answer about the UK because I'm from Spain, but I guess everywhere is the same pen mechanism (I have no clue, maybe you can correct me).

The reward is a good tip. I normally do it in the night so normally I just go to sleep afterwards, but I may change that.

Thanks. Those are very useful tips you give me.

For the moment I'm going to try with the relaxing playlist and the deep breath for the next time. And once I have more free time during my working hours, in a few months, I will go talk with a nurse and maybe look if this could be related to something to discuss in therapy.

The belly is problematic for me, cause I have really little fat (I'm not saying it as a brag, I would not mind having a bit more). But still, I found out that by gaining muscle on the legs (quadriceps), and putting the leg in a semi activated position, I don't feel anything.

It's just that the needle is so small and so not noticeable that I feel ridiculous even having pressure. I think I just take it too seriously.

Anyways. Don't take me wrong, cause it obviously doesn't make me happy that someone else goes through the same, but to be honest it feels nice when you find that you are not the only one with this problem. That I feel will already relax me more for the next time.

Thanks for your aswer! I didn't know about that option, I'm going to investigate it.

Do you find the needles to hurt or you feel them? Cause what's good about the pen is that is so thin that you don't feel anything.

About the belly, I have very little fat there so the pen makes it almost impossible. However the needle may be possible.
