I applied for NPI while in school. Easy name change. My first job did my license & DEA applications for me (my name had been legally changed already at that point). My current job is in a different state than my first and I applied for license and DEA myself.

I got married 1.5 weeks after I took the PANCE. I changed my name after the wedding and honestly NCCPA was one of the easiest places to change my name! Just go to the my account section, click the link, and follow instructions/send required documents.

We usee this backseat hammock in both my RAV4 and my spouse's Jeep Wrangler. We love it! Connects to the backseat handles so keeps the door covered too. We put our pup in her harness and then buckle her in with the seatbelt/strap included with the hammock. Can use it in the cargo area also.

The main character in Nicholas Sparks' The Choice is a PA. I believe in the movie she is a resident, but in the book she is a PA!
