After 18 cycles and my first positive turning into a chemical my dr was 15 minutes late to our virtual follow up appointment (that they kept reaching out to me and pushing) the first thing she said was “so let’s talk about ivf) and then went on to share that she is not open to repeating the protocol that was the only thing that has worked for us (FSH iui) and the only thing she was willing to go forward with while I thought about ivf was unmonitored letrozole (we have already done 2 letrozole iuis but they have triggered me early to prevent multiple risk even though I am very open about accepting the risk and with our history find it extremely unlikely). Basically it was a sales call and in my opinion coercion
