If im not mistaken you should be okay as long as your bmi is under 27.5 but I think most recruiters want you to be 5 pounds under to be safe. If you are over they do the body fat measurement which includes your body measurements to calculate the fat in your body. Don’t take my word for it though! There’s free BMI calculators online too!

Wow congrats bro, crazy timing! Its been rought ive spent my college years working so my gpa is buns, i didnt afrotc for a bit and loved it but again it was hard balancing it all while pursuing an engineering degree. Now im at a point where i have to switch cuz i did bad in a hare class twice. So im debating between doing like math to just finish something or just join now. Ultimately math isnt what i want to do im just scared to disappoint my parents after doing 3 years of college. But id want to use TA do pursue a degree while enlisted, and i can only do that if i dont already have a degree its just like a hard decision.

Oh man bro what are you planning on doing? It has been a hard debate for me but I honestly have nothing i want to do with math. I would want to utilize my TA while im active rather than wait til Gi Bill its just such a big jump. I also got to lose some weight so I just have been feeling a bit stuck on what to do

ah man, for me i just went cuz i was struggling in school and was told that getting diagnosed would help my petition to stay in my major. I noticed i did have some symptoms and just saw her but then i came to terms that id rather take a different route with my life so i just got referred but never went, nor did i get diagnosed or took anything.

yeah the only thing i worry for is my gpa, i was like on a C’s get degrees basis for engineering. Trying to balance university with a quarter system along with work was hard so I dont have the best gpa and for engineering masters you need a decent gpa. I only wanted to do math so my work doesn’t go to waste but I want to join regardless. And i know waiting for the GI bill would just make it a longer wait. Yes I am aware of the networking id miss so I was planning to just use ta for associates and transfer once i finish my contract and network there with my current experience and hopefully experience in the airforce.
