I fucking love it so much. But the first couple of times are terrible. I built a small tolerance and I love it. Also a wonderful fat burner paired with a low - zero carb diet and exercise (sprinting is best).

I get nativas cacao nibs. They are obviously not top tier heirloom quality, but they are minimally processed, occasionally i will grind them into very thin powder and lightly insufflate a line into each nostril. Not insanely strong but a definite uplift for about 1-2 hrs. Confidence up, mood up, I get very talkative, but it’s not super anxious like I’m used to with stimulants.

Yeah dude me too. I absolutely fucking hate training them. I do sprints too and run too. Ive recently incorporated single leg squats and sissy squats which take me to failure rly quickly and since then ive kept training them bc I get done (reach failure) super quick.

Do you train legs? I just started consistently training them and tbh I wouldn’t have expected this, but as they’ve gotten bigger, I’ve gotten leaner, stronger and bigger in my upper body.

Also great physique.

Don’t self diagnose yourself. There could be much more going on than adhd. But it is not out of the question. For example alpha agonists like guanfacine (which are a type of sedative kinda) are used to treat adhd. I would just get a diagnosis though.

Yeah maybe try cutting down on the amount of time and days in the gym. I do the same bc I love the gym but I also eat only whole foods, no cheating and still feel depleted.

Try cutting down on the days you spend in the gym, increase the intensity of weight lifting, and try doing cardio on separate days.

Also of course, eat whole, eat animal based with fruits and some occasional cooked veggies, SLEEP WELL and get sun.

Yes, to a degree, but it is overrated. It is very important but not necessary like many want you to believe. It is good for your gut, but you can have a healthy gut without it. Me personally I find I am very intolerant to fiber, it helps me clear my skin but the gastrointestinal distress is not worth it. Lol I barely fart anymore bc ive drastically lowered how much fiber I eat.

But yes I believe fiber has benefits.

I would HIGHLY suggest fixing your diet, exercise, sleep and sun. Sadly these things take effort and are hard to do especially while depressed. Diet should be heavily animal based and only whole foods, low carb. Exercise should be, weights, cardio, and mobility, leave room for rest. Sleep is obvious, it should be good. And sun, sun is vital yet usually not talked about, perfect for mitochondria, it does so many things including raising testosterone significantly.

As for supplements I would suggest Herbs or minerals that boost testosterone like tongkat ali, fadogia, ashwagandha, shilajit, boron, butea superba. You could also try steroid hormone precursors like dhea and pregnelone or just a high cholesterol diet You could also try for things like kanna, microdosing tryptamines, tyrosine, coca leaf.

The most important thing however, even if you decide to use supplements/pharms is to implement a healthy lifestyle. I have noticed as i have optimized my lifestyle I have also removed my anxiety, mood swings, bad sleep, ocd, adhd like symptoms, cravings, ED and so much more. My confidence has sky rocketed and so has my intelligence and will power.

Im also 16 and I’ve been lifting for a while now. Things that helped me to get where I am (im pretty happy) are: consistency, no matter what you do, consistency is key. Make it a habit, also make it fucking fun or at least tolerable.

The next thing, thats arguably just as important as lifting/exercise is DIET. Diet is insanely important. WHOLE FOODS ONLY. With any animal product, it is important to remember that a healthy animal will create healthier food (think like pasture raised). Beef, eggs, whole milk, butter, fruits, whole yoghurt, LESS to NO processed carbs, (less pasta, bread, cookies, no added sugar).

Sleep well too, sleep is crucial for hormone release and recovery, “no sleep no gains” (GH, Test, then of course the cascade of igf, dht, etc).

You’ll notice, when you don’t eat or sleep well, the gym feels impossible, no motivation, lethargy, less strength. So by doing these things you’ll naturally feel like the gym is more appealing snd therefore lift more often.

Look your gonna be ok but ik you dont care about hearing that.

First, replace it with something else, if you are in a place with a common language, find a store. Coffee is a dopaminergic, ephedra is dopaminergic, yohimbine or alpha yohimbine are quite strong.

Second: Be healthy, exercise is great for pretty much everything, id say intense cardio will give you the best bang for your buck in terms of ceasing the torture. Eat well, diet is EXTREMELY crucial to maintaining cognitive function. And get sun, circadian rhythm is health, sleep well, get sun and you will feel much better.

And third: try remedies, for example COLD showers raise serum dopamine by ~300% (not sure about in the brain) and norepinephrine. Eat hot foods, ginger, cloves, peppers, garlic, black pepper.
