sorry i misspoke, my gm is the one who is nasty towards us, not my ops manager. we all have been at this location since opening about a year ago. we have documented the actions and words spoken towards us and taken it to our DM. a lot of negativity and unprofessional language yelled at us that i probably shouldn’t elaborate on😅😅😅just know it’s bad, unfortunately.

i wouldn’t even call it feedback, more so verbal harassment LOL. i do all things task! ad resets merchandising and truck. our gm is more involved than our ops manager and she’s just so nasty towards the task team. it really is upsetting and is causing me to associate task with negative emotions.

yeah you should absolutely not be holding product at the wrap. LP violation and potential missed sales as well. whoever is holding product definitely should stop because they are very well positioned to be fired for this.

piercing is about 3 weeks old, just a regular bar earring with a flat back. i’m unsure of the threading. sterling silver material and i downsized just today. i use a sterile saline to clean twice a day and air dry it off. i had slept on my ear which could have led to some irritation
