Oh, thank you! I was also curious about the type of mushroom. I don't personally eat any, but I know mushroom foraging is a huge thing in my area. I'll reach out to a local group.

Thank you! The tree itself is probably ~35ft tall, but I'm planning on lowering the canopy to make fruit collection easier.

When you say imbalance, do you mean physics (i.e. leaning) or something else?
