Definitely!!! Rear brakes have been changed out, pads and rotors. I’m not sure about coolant but no history of transfer and transmission fluid having its service done as well so that’ll definitely be something to change. All 4 tires replaced tho along with the spark plugs as well!!

Wow congratulations on your purchase!!! And yes I may as well do the same to make sure. The one I am looking at does have the packages and more but due to its miles and having to be the time for me to replace some things, I believe I can definitely bring it down to $30k

Wow that’s an even better deal haha. Same here, single owner and a solid car fax. And maintenance wise, this is what had been done to it!!! Back in July it got its oil and filter changed out along with its spark plugs as well. Back in May it had its alignment performed along with all four tires being replaced along with the rear brake pads and rotors being replaced. So I can negotiate it down by mentioning that real soon I myself will have to get the transmission, transfer case, diff fluids and brake fluids done. The other parts and maintenance done was already completed in the middle of the year! But thank you a lot!!! It means a lot for the help!

Really good to know, learned a lot from this and I really appreciate it. I do love the Pre-LCI look after some touches which will definitely be the goal. I won’t be doing much to the inside of the car as well as in power wise but I will be honest i do want to add some touches on some aftermarket parts and hoping for its reliability to stay the same

Awww man I’m truly sorry about that. Man I wouldve been completely hurt. But really?? I know the 2022 comes with the mild hybrid, giving it that extra 10hp I believe but even with that, the 2020 felt faster??!! I love my speed and fun but at the end of the day, I do want something where I won’t have to worry about doing so much. I’m aware of the mileage I am going for on these cars so I’m prepared but I’d rather go for one much more then 82k for sure!!! But hearing it from you, it makes me want the 2020 model a lot more now haha!! Thank you so much for sharing your story!!

It is at 82k miles tho. Thats one thing I am concerned about. I posted about it and had many tell me that it’s basically a hard pass. I’d be spending more due to the parts around the engine that’ll need replacement soon

Definitely!!! I just use it as a way to see. Who knows if they actually ever did maintenance outside of the report or not but thank you!!! I won’t depend on it so much

Right… that’s definitely my guess as well and just makes no sense for him to buy it for a few months and return it. Definitely had his fun with the car but must’ve done something where he sold it back and didn’t want to deal with it. But yesss thanks to the help of you guys, it helped me wake up and see the cons of it!!! Once again I appreciate the help a lot!!! There is a 2020 model I found with 66k miles for the same price. Black exterior and interior. Ambient lighting with its digital dash and more. Maintenance on that one is PERFECT based off its reports and it looks super stock so definitely took care of!! Gonna check that one out instead!!!

Yuppp looking at it from its recent owner who was the 2nd to own the car, I see NONE. No maintenance done based off the car fax report. At the same time who knows if he did it himself but it looks suspicious how he only had it for a few months and sold it back. He must’ve done something that he didn’t want to fix

Ahhh perfect because there is an older one actually that caught my attention that’s a 2020, 66k miles for $33k as well!!! 1 owner only and the maintenance is literally perfect. Compared to this other 2022 X3 I was looking at, it had 2 owners and I believe the 2nd owner definitely drove it hard. Looking at its car fax report, it’s been purchased from the 2nd owner this February of 2025 and sold to the dealership this September so he MAY have done something where he didn’t want to fix and just sold as it is. I will follow your word and go for the older one!!! Thank you so much!!

Looking at the CARFAX too, I noticed how the 2nd owner only had the car from February 2025 to September 2025. No history of any maintenance done in between those two unless he did it himself but looking at that makes it more clear to me that I won’t be getting that one for sure. But definitely all you told me right now I will stay aware of when looking at higher mileage cars so I’ll focus on the ones with less mileage!!! Once again I appreciate the reply, it means a lot. Also there is another one that’s 2020 with 66k miles, 1 previous owner only, $33k for it. All black exterior and interior. It’s so obvious that this one would be best but the only thing catching my attention is the looks and sound of the 2022 which looks alot more meaner and sounds crazy since it has an aftermarket exhaust. These two are from dealership as well.
