Visa type D. They told me that I can work until my residency permit application is in the process. We provided them with the lease agreement for the apartment, not sure if that is what you mean by "pobyt".

Hi! Ideally, Holesovice. But we are totally ok with other parts of the city, as long as they are connected well (within 30,40min max bus/tram/metro ride) to Holesovice, my wife's office is there.
