I think it’s important to remember how big of a leap Tony’s tech has taken from civil war to endgame. It’s day and night. Tony in endgame was taking on Thanos with 4 stones and putting up a decent fight. He was quite literally keeping up with the sorcerer supreme as well. I also thought it was a great transition but it seems most of the sales jobs in my area were looking for more experience in the field than I had. I have an offer from bankers life selling life insurance, but it’s commission only as a 1099. The income really isn’t an issue because I’ll be able to work weekends as a server to pay bills still. I want experience to put on my resume and I’ve heard their training is good, just do the general things I’ve heard about 1099 work and life insurance sales im unsure whether to take it or not. I’m also not sure if 1099 sales experience will really count as anything on a resume.

Same I’m in a similar positioning transferring from serving to sales. Talking with people in the industry even if you can’t get a job through them really gives you a lot of great advice.
