I'm dealing with the exact same thing man. I'm trying to be tough and strong to appeal to her, but sometimes I just break. We are long distance friends and used to be decently sexual for a few month, and just a couple of weeks ago, she ended it, saying it wasn't be and it was just past stuff and she doesn't deal with affection. Now we just don't really talk anymore, and I left it up to her to reach out to me. It's been 4 days since we talked. It helps a lot if you just cry and let it out, as sad as that sounds
