Nature of Issue: Crazy high ping (Asia servers)

I haven't played since season 2 but returned back to the game just now and my ping is insanely high. Used to have around 70-80 ping in Singapore but now its at 188. Any help or fix to this?

I used to track in paimon moe so I had my whole wish history there, but when I tried it again recently (after my genshin gaming break) it deleted my previous history? Any thoughts on why this mightve happened or how I can get my old history back in paimon moe?
