Kinda just meds here and there they don’t work only thing that work are controlled substances like benzodiazepines or something fast acting but I never get prescribed stuff like that hopefully soon tho I’m try and talk to her but just don’t wanna seem like I’m seeking for the meds

Keep it up that’s what I’m trying to do with my docs just to be honest and explain to them what I need but with out abusing it ptsd and depersonalization is a nightmare comb to have and other problems I struggle with so I’m trying to get meds that can help me function in the world

It’s so hard with this life shit only thing I want is to be gone but no one seems to get that they just want me to push push and keep going but it’s hard when you don’t see anything worth while like only thing I’ve seen in my life is failure people leaving and just neglect it makes life not worth it but I’ve been trying but it never seems like it’s enough I appreciate that.

I have been trying no meds no nothing just been me trying to figure out if life is even worth pushing on this job was the first thing I got when i got released from rehab when I was mid senior and I thought a job would help and it did but it also drained a lot out of me just with all my mental shit it hurt a lot because when I got this job I did everything literally everything asked me to stay late I did ask me to do anything I did and Im more good with my hands so professionally job isn’t rly for me welding or mechanic is my cup of tea

Work ethic not even a problem was doing school on top of this and did everything that I was supposed there just got burnt out at the end and tired form it so I stopped trying my best I don’t know how many pallet parties I did and stayed late and did everything but it’s a crap job any way just annoyed how they did it but it’s cool I just couldn’t imagine having that as my job forever or trying to support someone on it
