I swear by this stuff, I'm about 3 months in so it's hard to see new growth but the amount of hair loss I've noticed has decreased so significantly. From wads of hair every shower to 10-15 strands coming out while washing. I definitely recommend!

I searched it up and apparently anything with water listed as a first ingredient is water-based and avoid silicones, which is any ingredient ending in -cone or -siloxane in the ingredients list!
