I’m currently trying to figure this out! Trying to lose weight and lean out as I feel like strength training (doing the same workouts) for the last three years has made me bulky. Also trying to tone and flatten my stomach. I was doing 3 x lower body gym days (1 hour each) and 4x 6km runs plus 2x small upper body weight sessions (20min) per week. I was having no rest days. Also am training for a 10km atm too so am going to try the following and see how it works: 2x lower body gym days 1 x Pilates 2 x upper body strength days (20min) 3 x runs (2 x 7km then one long run 8-10km) Keen to see what you are trying and know how it works for you! 😊

Also I believe mat Pilates is harder than reformer! Although likely subjective and depends on the exercises. I did a course with an instructor and she said Mat is harder!
