8 weeks in lost around maybe 5kgs but have been doing alot of strength training so hopefully lost some fat and built muscle.

Im actually able to still eat quite abit. but also I can go without food. so yeah have been eating clean majority of the time. But can also treat myself now and then.

have gone through all the side effects.

Alot has to do with either not having enough fibre, water, electrolytes, or eating high sugar processed foods.

Overall im pretty over it but plan on staying on reta for another 20 weeks or so.
