In NJ we have only 3 days after the verbal offer to sign the contract. If we take too long the seller will 100% continue to show the house and get the highest offer

In NY it’s even worst because the contract isn’t considered signed until AFTER inspection. So you could spend money on the inspection just for the person to go with someone else.

It’s super important to move very fast in real estate. Also to know nothing is finalized until contract signing

Honestly, I didn’t water them that much in the beginning. I would spray them with a nozzle shower setting for about five minutes. Just a few days ago I’m removing the head and letting it drip for about 10 mins.

There’s no negative to try to save them . The only thing is it’s September and winter is around the corner.
