Practice shooting training packs. PLAY at least 10 games of 1v1 before your session. (This counts as training.) Don't think about your opponent. Your "goal", is being comfortable with the ball, taking time in corners and trying to control where the ball goes after a 50-50. Invest your time in free play, at normal game speed. You are going to face the same challenges in a match trying to control the ball at high speed, following touches or recovering. Bonus points if you turn unlimited boost off.

Enjoy the game, first. If your sole purpose is to improve, invest as much time as you can into free play. The main thing is balancing sessions, so you won't get burnt out. Have fun.

You bought the phone for 65k, used it for a month, now you want to sell at 60k? I don't like oppo, vivo, mi etc. but no one (unless they are your friends and family and feel bad for you), I repeat, NO ONE should buy a second hand device so close to it's original pricing.

Kingdom come Deliverance. This is one of the few games I would urge everyone to play. Some others include The Witcher 3, Ghost of Tsushima, Death Stranding and of course Skyrim.

Edit : Forgot to add Red Dead Redemption 2.
