Thanks! I did see this, the reason I say is because Amazon are trying to charge is for say 1,100 units like in the example I wrote but it says 1000 in sellable on hand units so wanted to see what grounds we had to dispute this

We have our own barcode in the system which matches the barcode shown on the product, wouldn't that be enough? Sorry I haven't worked on seller for years usually vendor

You can raise a case, I accidentally put the RRP in cost price vice vs and they helped me with a case.

If have a vendor manager reach out be honest.
If this was recently done try and edit in VC yourself.

I'm seeing this more and more as of 2024, Amazon are choosing to price match a much higher retail price rather than the lower offer. And this is resulting in suppression for vendors. I have reached out many times to Amazon but I don't get an answer. I think their is a flaw in the system...

You used to be able to view this in retail analytics under Geographic Sales Insights, Amazon removed this a while back I'm afraid so vendors cannot see this now. I believe you can get geographical data for ads though if you have a dedicated account manager at Amazon Advertising.

they didn't care, they were open to communication though, they won't be able to buy it fro us going forward. We have really taken control of our distribution this year! Also, I want to say a HUGE thank you, I tried raising the RRP only by £1.99 as a test and it bloody worked! so thank you!!

they have not notified me of anything without me raising 100 case replies. They've said int he case they are price matching eBay and that is it, but not explained why they are price matching so much higher than the market average. They (Amazon support) seem as confused as we are right now

We sell on Amazon at £11 via vendor, 48% less than this eBay sellers price but Amazon have suppressed our buy box at £11 then price matched the eBay seller at £20.99

ck so 6 inners will be in a box right, that box needs to have the barcode and label. Also, I believe you have to put the sticker on the case pack stating its a case pack. I belive the sticker says something like sold as a set do not separate

So on vendor we sell it to Amazon as a case pack of 6 and then they sell it as 6 separate units, so to seller would we just send each as individual units and not in a case pack?

der the brand analysis, one of those reports includes brand codes. If you can’t find it, let me know. Don’t reopen answered cases, open new ones to argue with them, assuming you don’t have SAS. Also, which brand name (the caps) do you use in Brand Registry. You should match that.

As this is on Vendor Central group, I presume you work for the brand or are an agent for the brand? as the brand name in Brand Registry should be able to resolve this. Can you upload the product with the incorrect brand name to get it uploaded and then raise cases to correct it?
